Ordering & Customization
How do I measure my wall for wallpaper?
Measure the width and height of your wall in inches or feet. We recommend adding 2–3 inches (5–8 cm) to each measurement to account for wall irregularities and trimming. If your wall has windows or doors, measure the full wall area — we'll print the full size and you'll trim on-site.
Can I order a sample before buying?
Yes. We strongly recommend ordering a sample first so you can check the color, texture, and material in your own space. Samples are available for $10 and ship within 3–5 business days.
Can I use a custom size?
Absolutely. All our wallpaper and murals are printed to your exact dimensions. Simply enter your wall measurements at checkout.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We currently offer our own curated designs. Custom uploads are not available at this time. If you have a specific design request, contact us at info@wawdecors.com.
Materials & Quality
What materials do you offer for wallpaper?
We offer three material types:
- Peel & Stick — Repositionable and removable. Ideal for renters or temporary use. No paste required.
- Premium Fabric Peel & Stick — Thicker, more luxurious feel. Still removable. Best for permanent-looking installations.
- Fabric Traditional (Paste Required) — Our most durable option. Requires wallpaper paste. Best for long-term installations.
Which material should I choose?
If you rent your home or want flexibility, choose Peel & Stick. If you own your home and want a permanent, high-end finish, choose Fabric Traditional.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic inks and materials that are safe for nurseries, children's rooms, and pets.
Is the print color accurate to what I see on screen?
We print with high-quality equipment to match our designs as closely as possible. However, screen colors vary by device. We always recommend ordering a sample to verify color in your space before committing to a full order.
Wood Name Signs
How do I personalize my name sign?
On the product page, select your size, choose a font, pick a color using the hex color picker, and type in the name or text you want. You'll see a live preview before adding to cart.
What wood is used for the name signs?
Our name signs are laser-cut from high-quality birch wood and painted or finished per your color selection.
What is the maximum character length for a name sign?
We recommend keeping names under 12 characters for best readability. For longer names or two-name signs, contact us before ordering.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order?
All products are made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. Standard delivery within the US takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Total estimated time: 7–13 business days.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. UPS Express options are available at checkout, including UPS Worldwide Express and UPS Worldwide Expedited for international orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select countries worldwide via UPS Worldwide services. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. You can track your shipment at ups.com.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom-sized wallpaper, murals, and personalized name signs are made to order and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wawdecors.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
