Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All WAW DECORS products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Custom orders (personalized name signs, custom-sized wallpaper, and murals) may require additional production time. We will notify you by email if there is any delay.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

UPS Express options are available at checkout based on your location and delivery preference.


International Shipping

We ship internationally via UPS Worldwide to select countries. Available services include:

  • UPS Worldwide Saver®
  • UPS Worldwide Express®
  • UPS Worldwide Express Plus®
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited®

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Estimated delivery times vary by country.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. WAW DECORS is not responsible for customs delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. Track your shipment at ups.com or via the link in your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.


Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. WAW DECORS is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. Contact us immediately at info@wawdecors.com if you need to correct an address — we will update it if your order has not yet shipped.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the damaged packaging and product
  2. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wawdecors.com
  3. Include your order number and photos

We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, check with neighbors and your local UPS facility first. If still unresolved, contact us and we will open a UPS investigation on your behalf.
