Welcome to WAW DECORS. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to WAW DECORS LLC. By visiting or using our store, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Section 1 — Eligibility & Account
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer or assign your account to another person.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen settings. We do not guarantee that product appearance will exactly match what is shown on our website. Product descriptions are subject to change without notice.

Section 3 — Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. WAW DECORS reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is confirmed only when we send an acceptance confirmation. Orders may be canceled or modified free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be canceled or modified. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Section 4 — Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless expressly stated. Standard shipping within the United States is free ($0.00); optional express and international shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. You represent that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Section 5 — Shipping & Delivery
Orders are produced within 2–5 business days and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property
All content on our Services — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs — is owned by WAW DECORS LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Section 7 — Third-Party Tools & Links
Our Services may include tools or links provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party tools or websites and provide access to them "as is." Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

Section 8 — Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify. All sales and purchases are made directly with WAW DECORS LLC. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and WAW DECORS, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products.

Section 9 — Feedback & Reviews
By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content to us, you grant WAW DECORS a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, publish, and display that content for any business purpose. You represent that you own the rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
