WHATEVER IMAGE FILE YOU SEND IS WHAT WE WILL PRINT. We print your file exactly as uploaded — we do not edit, retouch, resize, or correct it in any way. Please double-check that you're uploading the correct, final, high-resolution file before placing your order.

For best print quality, we recommend a resolution of at least 150 DPI at your final wall size (for example, a 100"×100" wall needs an image around 15000×15000 px). Low-resolution images may appear blurry or pixelated when printed at large sizes.

Apply only to smooth, clean, and dry surfaces. Wait at least 3 hours after cleaning before installation. Use a smoothing tool to avoid air bubbles and ensure a clean, professional finish.

All WAW DECORS products are made to order from the file you upload. Please allow 3-5 business days for production. Free shipping within the US.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, but return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Since every item is custom-made and production begins immediately after your order is placed, we're unable to cancel orders once submitted. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll send a free replacement.
