Wallpaper is a repeating pattern — the same design tiles across your wall seamlessly. It's perfect for covering an entire room or accent wall with a consistent texture or motif (florals, geometrics, abstract patterns).

Wall murals are single, large-scale images printed to span your full wall as one continuous scene — a forest, an ocean, a skyline, an artwork. The image does not repeat. Every part of the wall tells a different part of the story.

Yes — absolutely. Every WAW Decors product is printed at our Texas facility using GREENGUARD Gold & ECOLOGO certified HP Latex water-based inks — low-emission, virtually odorless, and safe for sensitive indoor spaces like nurseries.

Our wall stickers and wallpapers are widely used in nurseries, children's bedrooms, and playrooms. They are also safe for homes with pets.

Our wood name signs are laser-cut from premium MDF board and finished with a smooth, painted or natural wood-tone surface. Each letter is precisely cut to ensure clean edges and a professional look.

The signs are lightweight and easy to mount — most customers hang them with heavy-duty double-sided mounting strips or small nails, depending on the sign size and wall type.

Available in multiple sizes, fonts, and finishes. Each sign is custom-made to order with your chosen name, word, or phrase.

We strive for as accurate a representation as possible, but screens vary widely in color calibration, brightness, and color profile. What looks dusty rose on one monitor may look more coral on another.

This is precisely why we offer a $10 sample. It's the most reliable way to see the real color, texture, and finish in your actual room, under your actual lighting, before committing to a full order.

Our wallpaper has a water-resistant surface — it can handle normal moisture, humidity, and the occasional splash. It is suitable for most bathroom and kitchen walls as an accent feature.

However, it is not fully waterproof for submerged or continuous direct water exposure. We recommend:

• Avoid installing directly inside a shower enclosure or directly behind a sink splash zone
• In high-humidity bathrooms, ensure walls are completely dry at the time of installation

Measuring your wall is simple. You'll need a tape measure and two numbers:

• Width: Measure the full width of your wall at its widest point
• Height: Measure from floor to ceiling (or from baseboard to where you want the wallpaper to end)

When you enter your dimensions on our product page, we calculate exactly how many panels you need. We recommend adding 2–3 inches (5–8 cm) on each side to give yourself room for alignment and trimming.

For murals, we print to your exact custom dimensions — just provide width and height in inches and we handle the rest.

We offer a printed sample of any wallpaper design for $10, with free shipping included. Samples are produced in 3–5 business days and arrive in 6–13 business days total.

The sample is a real, printed piece of the actual product — same material, same adhesive, same finish. You can peel and stick it on your wall to test the color, texture, and adhesion in your real space before placing a full order.

All WAW Decors products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. We produce and ship Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

If you'd like faster delivery, Express Shipping is available at checkout. The cost is calculated using UPS rates for your delivery address and package weight, plus a handling fee, and the exact amount is shown before payment.

No — we currently ship within the United States only. We deliver to all 50 states with free standard shipping. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

First, check your tracking number (sent to you by email after shipping). Carrier delays can occasionally push delivery by 1–2 days beyond the estimate.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

• Check with neighbors or building mailrooms
• Check around the back or side door — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots
• Wait 24 hours — tracking systems sometimes update before physical delivery

If it's been more than 24 hours since the "delivered" status and you still don't have your package, please email us at info@wawdecors.com with your order number. We'll open a UPS investigation on your behalf and make it right.

Wallpaper panels and murals are rolled (not folded) and shipped in protective cardboard tubes or flat-packed in reinforced boxes, depending on size. This prevents creasing, cracking, or print damage during transit.

Wood name signs are individually wrapped in protective packaging and shipped in rigid boxes.

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wawdecors.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Yes — it really is that straightforward. Here's the basic process:

• Step 1 — Prep your wall: Clean the surface with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Remove dust, grease, or any debris. Wait until completely dry.
• Step 2 — Start at the top: Peel back a few inches of the backing from the top of the panel and align with your starting point. Use a level or chalk line as a guide.
• Step 3 — Smooth as you go: Use a squeegee, credit card, or your hand to smooth the panel downward as you peel the backing — working out any bubbles toward the edges.
• Step 4 — Trim excess: Use a sharp utility knife and straight edge to trim any overhang at baseboards, ceiling, or corners.
• Step 5 — Repeat: Line up each subsequent panel with the previous one, matching the pattern repeat.

This depends on the material you choose:

• Premium Fabric Peel & Stick — Works well on smooth painted walls and can tolerate light texture, though adhesion may be slightly reduced on heavily textured surfaces.
• Smooth 3M™ Vinyl — Requires a perfectly smooth surface only (glass, mirrors, smooth furniture, skim-coated drywall). Not suitable for any textured wall.
• Fabric Traditional (Paste Required) — Applied with wallpaper paste, so it can handle a wider range of surfaces when properly prepped.

Air bubbles are common during installation and easy to fix:

• Small bubbles: Use a squeegee or credit card to push the air toward the nearest edge. Apply firm, even pressure.
• Larger bubbles: Gently peel back the section to just before the bubble, re-smooth that portion, and press back down.
• Stubborn bubbles: Use a very fine needle or pin to make a tiny puncture at the center of the bubble, then press flat.

Prevention is the best cure: Work slowly, smoothing from top to bottom and from center to edges as you peel the backing — never peel the whole backing off before applying.

Removal is designed to be clean and simple — this is one of the biggest advantages of peel-and-stick wallpaper:

• Start at a corner or edge and peel back slowly at a 45° angle
• Pull close to the wall (not straight out) — this reduces the risk of pulling paint
• Work slowly — fast removal increases the risk of paint pulling
• If you feel resistance, warm the panel gently with a hair dryer on low heat for 30 seconds to soften the adhesive

On walls with well-adhered paint (painted within the last 3–4 years), removal is typically completely clean with no residue or paint damage.

Our wallpaper can typically be repositioned a few times during initial installation — this is one of the key benefits of peel-and-stick. However, after full removal from a wall, the adhesive may be compromised by dust and particles picked up during removal.

We don't guarantee reuse after full removal, especially for extended periods. If you're redecorating, we recommend ordering a fresh set for your new space.

We accept returns on all products — including custom and personalized items — within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Since every item is custom-made to your exact specifications, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not charge restocking fees, and we do not offer exchanges. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued within 10 days.

If your order arrives:

• Damaged during shipping
• With a printing defect (color banding, blurriness, misalignment)
• With the wrong design or size due to our error

…we will replace your order at no cost to you, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We're sorry to hear that — this is rare, but we take it seriously. Here's exactly what to do:

• Before opening: Photograph the exterior packaging, showing any visible damage
• After opening: Photograph the damaged product clearly
• Contact us: Email info@wawdecors.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos

We'll arrange a full replacement or refund as quickly as possible. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Color perception varies significantly between screens, and this is the most common reason customers are surprised by their order. Color variation between screen and print is not considered a defect. We do not offer exchanges, but our standard 30-day return policy still applies (buyer covers return shipping).

This is exactly why we built our sample program — so you can see and feel the real product in your real room before ordering a full wall. At $10 with free shipping, it's a small investment that eliminates the uncertainty.

Adhesion issues are almost always related to wall preparation or material choice. Common causes:

• Wrong material for a textured wall — Smooth 3M™ Vinyl requires a perfectly smooth surface. If your wall has texture, Premium Fabric Peel & Stick is a better fit.
• Dusty or dirty walls — even invisible dust reduces adhesion significantly. Wipe down with a clean, dry cloth before installing.
• Freshly painted walls — paint needs to cure for at least 3–4 weeks before wallpaper will adhere properly.
• High humidity or cold walls — install in normal indoor temperature and humidity conditions.

If your walls were properly prepped with the right material and adhesion is still poor, contact us at info@wawdecors.com — this may indicate a product defect and we'll make it right.

Ordering a custom wood sign is simple. On the product page, you'll provide:

• The name or text you want on the sign (first name, full name, word, phrase, etc.)
• Font preference (we offer several curated styles — script, block, mixed)
• Size — calculated automatically based on your letter count
• Finish — natural wood tone, white, black, or custom painted (hex color picker)
