Return & Refund Policy

At WAW Decors, we want you to love your order. If you're not
completely satisfied, we accept returns on all products —
including custom and personalized items — within 30 days of
delivery.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel or modify your order free of charge within 24
hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order enters production
and can no longer be canceled or modified. To cancel, email
info@wawdecors.com with your order number.
30-DAY RETURNS
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. To be
eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their
original packaging.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
We do not charge restocking fees.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item,
please return your original order for a refund and place a new
order.
To start a return, email info@wawdecors.com with your order
number and reason for return. We will confirm your return and
provide instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first —
unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Since custom wallpaper, murals, and personalized name signs are
made specifically for your order, we strongly recommend ordering
a $10 sample first and double-checking your measurements,
spelling, and design before purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be
issued to your original payment method within 10 days. Please
allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to
post the refund. If more than 15 days have passed since your
refund was approved, contact us at info@wawdecors.com.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives
defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of
delivery at info@wawdecors.com with your order number and photos
of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or
issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You do not need to
return damaged items.
